Rules and Policies

On horseback, riders will always wear approved helmets. NO EXCEPTIONS

No Smoking in the barn or any of the buildings. If you must smoke, all cigarettes should be field stripped and papers and filters places in trash cans.

Horses will be maintained in show condition. Failure to maintain your horse will result in the barn management providing such services at the posted fee schedule.

Vaccinations, coggins, Farrier and dental appointments, will be scheduled by the barn manager and charged to the owner as performed. Other scheduled veterinarian or professional appointments must be cleared with the barn manager. Records are kept with the barn manager and are available to boarders upon request.

Trainers in all disciplines are welcome at Woden Walk, with prior approval
from the owner/barn manager.

Students under 16 can not be left at the barn in excess of 30 minutes before or after lesson or riding time unless supervised by a parent or guardian.

No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to ride unless a parent, guardian or barn personnel is on premises.

Riding guests of boarders are welcome at Woden Walk, but must be
approved by the owner/manager prior to arrival at the barn. All guests
must bring a current negative coggins for each horse brought on property.
All guests will be asked to sign a waiver prior to riding on Woden Walk
property.

Horses will be fed by 8am each morning. Riding may begin at 9am. Evening feed will be between 6 and 7pm and the barn will close at dark. Other time arrangements may be made in advance with the barn manager.

Boarders will provide their own grooming supplies, shampoos, blankets, and tack.

Everyone should clean up after him or herself. Put buckets, rakes, brooms, grooming supplies, etc. in their proper place.
