Woden Walk, in addition to 10 grassy acres located off of 46A in Sorrento, FL, houses an 8 stall, concrete block barn.
The barn has:
A wide middle aisle way large enough to accommodate trunks
Four (4) stalls with direct paddock access
Wide sliding doors with large window access
Two wash racks on either end of the barn, one shaded with roof protection and the other with hot and cold running water
Five (5) cross tie areas for horses including the two wash areas
The enclosed tack room features:
A washer and dryer available for horse ware only
Refrigerator for all boarder's use
Bathroom
Adequate storage for saddles, pads and bridles and human first aid.
The stalls:
Seven (7) 12x12 concrete block, one stall is oversized
Ceiling fans
Automatic waterers
Rubber mats over clay bases
Removable feed buckets which are washed daily
Salt blocks
Automatic fly spray system
The feed room:
Designed in concrete block provides a cooling and appropriate place to store both hay and grain
Water and electric are accessible in the feed room
Horse first aid is also housed in the feed room and is inventoried and maintained regularly.
In very inclement weather, roll up doors can be rolled down on either end of the barn and in the feed room to secure the main area of stalls. Back doors and or windows on stalls can also be closed to keep heat in or cold and wet out.
